Currently DECAPOWER has distribution networks and local inventory in Europe and the United States. Most models can be sent directly from local warehouses to save shipping time. If you are not sure, please contact us.

Belgium/Germany/Luxembourg/Netherlands/Austria/Denmark/Finland Greece/Ireland/Italy/Portugal/Spain/Sweden/Bulgaria/Estonia/Hungary/Latvia/Lithuania/Poland/Romania/Slovakia/Croatia/Slovenia/Czech Republic /France.

US warehouse can ship to all US addresses (except island addresses)

Packing and shipping time.

All parcels from European and US warehouses will be packed and handed over to the logistics company within 3 days. Depending on the distance between the delivery address and the warehouse, the usual shipping time is 3-10 days.

For peak period (Black Friday/Cyber ​​Monday) shipping, please allow 3-4 additional working days to process the order due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.
Parcels sent from Chinese factories are usually packed and handed over to the logistics company within 2-5 days, and delivered by commercial courier, and the usual shipping time is 7-20 days.

Duties and VAT

All orders shipped from local warehouses will include VAT and customs duties.
If the package is sent from China, depending on the country, you may pay taxes when the package reaches your country's customs.

  • Any orders with fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
  • Please make sure the address you fill in is correct. We cannot change the address after the package is shipped. DECAPOWER is not responsible for the time and cost loss caused by the wrong address.
