RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing DECAPOWER, we hope you enjoy buying and using our products. Please note that there are some terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from us. By placing an order or completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set out in the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms and Conditions").
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have the right to request a return within 14 days. You must prove that our product is indeed defective or non-conforming and evidence of damage caused by logistics through photos or videos to support your refusal, and only items purchased directly from our website can be returned to us. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies. We will bear the cost of shipping for returns due to major defects in the product.
Please note that we will not approve any claims caused by wearable parts, including but not limited to:
Consumable parts; such as contact heads, cutting nozzles, contactors, relays, or parts that fail due to normal wear and tear.
For unconditional returns, please ensure that the returned merchandise is repackaged and includes all parts, wires and documents that were included when you received it. All returns must be completed within 30 days from the date we approve your return request, otherwise your return request will be deemed abandoned. Returned products must be resaleable; original packaging, unused, uninstalled. If the product is damaged during transportation due to uncontrollable factors, we need to jointly submit a claim to the logistics provider.
Refund Policy
For eligible returns, we will provide a refund within 5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Acceptance, modification and cancellation of orders.
Usually your order will be accepted only after the risk review of the payment system, and we have the right to accept or reject your order. Before the order is sent, your cancellation is free of charge. After the order is sent, all cancellation requests will be considered unconditional returns. Please reject the package and we will initiate a refund within 5 working days after the package returns to the warehouse. Please note that we will deduct the shipping costs agreed in the return policy.
Damage or loss of the package.
Please check the package carefully before signing.
When the package arrives, if it is damaged, please refuse to accept it or file a claim with the shipping company. After receiving the returned goods, we will arrange for re-shipment within 10 working days.
If the goods are damaged but accepted and not reported, we cannot claim from the shipping company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement products.
If the goods are lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

Please note that some banks or payment institutions may charge additional fees for transactions, such as "international transaction fees" or "currency conversion fees". These fees are determined by your card issuing bank or payment provider and we cannot control or refund them. If you have any questions about these fees, we recommend that you contact your bank or payment provider directly for consultation.
