Pulse welding reduces the heat and minimises spatter, without compromising penetration, so it's perfect for thin and soft materials like aluminium.
It can weld a variety of metals such as aluminium, stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, iron, nickel and alloys, while the high no-load voltage allows the machine to easily weld cellulose electrodes.

As a 230A maximum welding machine, the ULTRAMIG-230 EXPERT is very versatile. It can be used for production work in the workshop and is also convenient for mobile projects. The dual pulse function makes it more efficient and can be used for welding most metals, especially stainless steel and aluminum.
FOUR ROLLER WIRE FEEDER
ULTRAMIG-230 is equipped with a four-wheel wire feeder with stronger power and smoother wire feeding. It makes the welding process more stable and smooth, and improves work efficiency. It is especially good when welding aluminum.
Better user experience
In addition to the rich sub-functions, ULTRAMIG also supports 2T/S2T and 4T/S4T functions, allowing welders to better control parameters. In addition, JOB MEMO allows the storage of 10 sets of welding parameters for faster setup and work.
